Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order independently on the order management page of your member account before we complete the dispatch process.

Once the dispatch process is completed, orders cannot be canceled through our system. If you still wish to cancel your order at this point, please contact us proactively so we can notify the courier to cancel the delivery.

Please refrain from rejecting calls from courier personnel or refusing to accept goods without contacting us first to cancel your order. If such situations occur, you may be blacklisted on our website or face further accountability.

Shipping Information

Shipping Carriers

All orders will be delivered using Royal Express. We do not accept pick-up.

Delivery Area/Region

We only deliver to addresses within Myanmar and cannot ship overseas. Due to political instability and other factors, delivery may not be possible in some areas within Myanmar. In such cases, we will notify you and cancel the order.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays); orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

- Yangon Urban Area: 2 business days
- Mandalay/Naypyidaw/Bago Urban Area: 3 business days
- Other Areas: 5-10 business days

The above delivery times are estimates only. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee delivery times 100%. In the case of weekends and holidays, the delivery time will be extended.

Shipping Fee / Free Shipping

The shipping fee is 2,000 MMK for orders under 15,000 MMK. Orders of 15,000 MMK or more are eligible for free shipping.

7 Days Free Returns Period

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and return it within 2 days of our approval.

Conditions for returns

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact, and in the original packaging.

Refund via KPay

After receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund, which will be transferred to you via KPay.

Return Shipping Fee

For 'No-Questions-Asked-Return' orders, customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returning the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with stains or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

In the case of damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect when contacting us to facilitate a swift resolution.

No Return Shipping Fee

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will not incur any fees.
